I am excited to support you on your individual counseling journey toward healing, health, wellness, and personal growth.
I received my bachelor’s in Psychology from the University of Florida and received my master’s in Marriage and Family Therapy from the University of Central Florida. I'm a Licensed Mental Health Counselor, licensed in both Florida and New Jersey, with over 10 years of clinical experience.
In our work, you will learn how to cultivate self-compassion & increase your self-confidence. You will be provided with tools to manage stress & anxiety effectively. We will challenge unhelpful patterns to empower you to be the driver of your life, living the way you want. Together, we will build upon your strengths to help you achieve life balance. Working together will be tailored to meet your needs and empower you to live a happier, healthier life with positive and lasting change.
